As befits the object located on the St.Ann Mountain, the Chef serves traditional silesian food such as beef roulade with noodles and red cabbage with bacon, broth with noodles or duck roasted with cranberries. Moreover, pork loin a la Belvedere with lots of garlic, marjoram and blanched pepper. Pork loin in a Dutch way – with onion, garlic, herbs and yellow cheese – is also one of flagship dishes of our cuisin. Our guests’ pallates will find consolation in fish dishes such as trout, salmon or zander and in seafood.
We suggest self-made apple-pie and cheesecake with excelllent gothic hot cider. For organised events we offer a special menu which is to be fixed on the spot.
